What are Brainswork’s principles?
Here, at Brainswork, we employ five basic principles:
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT: We want our children to live in a better world – which is why we always prepare for the future and think long-term.
SYNERGIES: Our core competency is to connect to the unthinkable – which is why we must focus on synergies and not get too caught up in competition.
DIVERSITY: We celebrate diversity – which is why we employ an eclectic partner and clientele base (for we work with companies regardless of their size and/or origin). We also employ a diverse team of consultants who range in nationality, sex, and age. Brainswork believes that there exists no innovation without creativity, and no creativity without diversity.
LIFE-WIDE AND LIFE-LONG LEARNING: We believe that learning never stops, and that everyone has something to teach us – which is why we listen to, and learn from everyone, no matter how big or small – from the Dali Lama to our own children.
INVESTING IN THE FUTURE. We support educational programs and mentor high potential individuals from disadvantaged communities
