Selma Prodanovic is the founder of Brainswork and has more than twenty years of professional experience in new business development, creative industries and international marketing in Europe and beyond.
In 2009 Selma initiated IncrediblEurope, the first bottom-up value-change in and for Europe to "Think Europe 2040 - Act now"! She lectures regularly on networking, creativity and innovation at universities in Austria and abroad. For her commitment to entrepreneurship and social change, Selma was awarded the "WOMAN Award 2006", the "MIA 2010" in the category Business, the "Integration Award 2010 for entrepreneurs 2010 " and nominated "Networker of the Year" by the Austrian Leading Ladies in 2007 and 2010.
